Therapy on your couch

serving young adults and students

Online Therapy Services

Courage led you here… to this moment… reading this page. I know that choosing to begin therapy can bring up uncomfortable emotions. A recollection of a painful past or present. Thoughts, feelings and experiences you have hidden away in an attempt to survive. That is why I am committed to working along side you on your journey of transformation and healing. My clients are young adults and college students who are ready to reclaim their authentic self by digging deep into their inner-world. Some of life’s greatest challenges present themselves during early adulthood. Likely because, there are parts of ourselves that were once devalued, misunderstood, or hidden away. I can help make sense of your story as you let courage lead and embrace lasting change.

Frequently Asked Questions

I Know You Have Questions!

We know exploring counseling can feel overwhelming, so here are the answers to our most frequently asked questions. If you don’t see your question here, we are only a message away.

  • I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans. Don’t have Blue Cross Blue Shield? No worries! I work with out-of-network benefits and will happily provide a superbill in support of seeking reimbursement from your insurance company.

  • The cost for a 50-minute psychotherapy session is $160. Out of network clients may utilize insurance benefits by submitting a superbill to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • A superbill is a detailed receipt that insurance companies will ask for when a client is seeking reimbursement for paying privately to a licensed therapist that does not directly accept their insurance. It contains all of the information that a client will need in support of seeking reimbursement.

  • I provide a free, no obligation 15-minute phone consultation to ensure I am a good fit for your needs. I will happily answer any questions you may have about therapy and my practice. If you are unsure of what to ask, that’s okay. I will guide you through.

  • The duration of therapy does not have a set timeline. Some clients continue therapy indefinitely, while others are complete within a few months. The therapy experience is unique to you as your needs are ever changing. Even if you decide to take a break from therapy at any point in time, the door is always open to return.
